Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Creator Signal OS (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides tools to organize audience signals, generate ranked content opportunities, and package outlines or series plans using optional AI features. Features, limits, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (e.g. Stripe). Access for a paid subscription continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, including if you cancel before renewal. After that period ends without a successful renewal, paid features and allowances may be suspended or downgraded according to your plan.

Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Price changes will be communicated as required by law and your agreement with the processor.

5. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload systems, or use outputs to violate others’ rights, applicable law, or platform rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

6. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the Service and branding. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE AND AI OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SEE ALSO OUR Disclaimer.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for legal, security, or breach reasons. Provisions that should survive will survive.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
